- Handling Recruitment cycle (Advertising, Sourcing, Screening, Jobfair, Scheduling, Psychological Test, Interview, Placement).
- Handling Insurance, BPJS (Kesehatan&Ketenagakerjaan) and administration (Addition/Subtraction Participants, Reimbursement Payment, Informing due to their claims).
- Perform and monitor staff monthly payroll processes, including overtime calculation, salary
deduction, and liase with finance department to ensure all payroll related payables and report
conduct in proper manner, conform with internal and goverment regulations
- Administer employment contract, answer inquiries related regulation or policies,
maintain employee files or documents, preserve excellent employee relations, perform action
necessary to ensure that documentation comply with statutory requirement and updated.
