• Grow group sales revenue
1. By ensuring superior are properly advised to make accurate informed decision
Provide Commerce Director with information on competitor activity
Provide Commerce Director with information on product trend
Provide Commerce Director with information on upcoming project
Provide Commerce Director with information on past customer complains
Provide Commerce Director with information on current sales revenue breakdown
2. By ensuring college are properly advised to make immediate correction
Provide Operation/Finance Manager with information on past customer complains
Provide Operation/Finance Manager with information on current product default
Provide Operation/Finance Manager with information on current service standard
3. By ensuring subordinates are equipped to sell
Propose to Commerce Director new pricing strategy if deemed necessary
Propose to Commerce Director new product line if deemed necessary
Propose to Commerce Director special treatment for projects if deemed necessary
Propose to Commerce Director new term of payment (TOP) if deemed necessary
4. By ensuring subordinates are motivated to sell
Compile subordinate’s sales report and breakdown to create data
Process data to useful information that can lead to effective sales strategy
Gather subordinates and present the strategy to absorb feedback
Process feedback and propose to Commerce Director new sales strategy
Ensure that subordinates act according to the last approved sales strategy
Be available for subordinates to seek assistance for successful sales via brainstorming
Be available for subordinates to seek assistance for successful sales via joint visit
5. By ensuring global client relationship with company brand
Ensure that open market policy is applied healthily and with discipline
Ensure that the same TOP policy applies to all clients the same
Ensure that the same discount policy applies to all clients the same
Ensure equal availability of resources to all clients through all subordinates
• Minimise cost incurred due to sales department
1. By minimising outstanding / overdue invoices
2. By minimising miscommunication with client that results in retour
3. By minimising misinformation to client that results in retour
4. By minimising human error, especially in quotation and measurement that results in retour
