food products to the food service, retail, wholesale, QSR, catering and healthcare
industries in Indonesia. It's family of products includes imported refrigerated and dry
items from Japan, Italy, USA, France, Australia, New Zealand, Norway as well as a list
of house brands produced by its parent company PT. Diamond Cold Storage.

We are seeking for a dynamic individual who want to join our team as:

RECRUITMENT STAFF

Responsibilities :

- Sourcing candidates
- Arrange test & interview
- Conduct psychological test
- Skoring & interpretation result
- Administration tasks

Requirement :

- Graduated from Bachelor's Degree major Psychology from reputable University, GPA min: 3.00
- Having experience in related field at least for 1 years / fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
- Capable to using test tools (APM, DISC, Papikostick, Grafis, WARTEGG, Kraeplin, Pauli), skoring & interviewing skill
- Communicative, detail, able to work under pressure, eager to learn & pleasant personality
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Willing to traveling & placement in Head Office Cibitung - Bekasi
