1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT - NOC (NOC)
Requirements :
-bachelor degree majoring in IT or equivalent
-willing to work in shift
-strong in trooubleshooting and analytical skill
-self motivated, fast learner,energetic,enthusiastic and positive individual
-ability to work in team-based environment as well as individual contributer
-good understanding in internet technology, TCP/IP, and some familiarity with routing protocols
-having experience in cisco router configuration would be an advantage
-good verbal and written communication in english
GAME MASTER (GM)
Responsibilities :
-maintain a fun and enjoyable environment inside the game
-make and execute in game events
-provide assistance and guidance to players
-serve as the direct link between the company and its customers
-responsible f or in game as well email based customer support
-establish and maintain good relationships with customers
Requirements :
-male, min.d3 any majors
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
-open to flexible working schedule,including willing to work additional hours and weekeends as needed
-previous experience as a game master or online gaming support is a big plus
-must have a passion for gaming
-fluency in english would be an advantage
-creative,energetic and self motivated
3.MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ME)
Responsibilities :
-develop marketing plans and execute the marketing campaign and projects
-conduct product and market research to analyze market demand and trends
-responsibilities for customer communication,publications and advertising
-create and maintain brand image and partnership with others
-liaise and maintain good relationship with customers,journalists and partners
Requirements:
-female,s1 marketing/communications with min.2 years experience in the field
-experience in video game or general entertainment industry is preferable
-passion for entertainment,video games and video game market
-excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skill
-able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well with people as all levels
-energetic,independent,self motivated and pleasant personality
-willing to travel
4.HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (HR)
Responsibilities :
-create and develop company/HR policies and procedures
-
