CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (CRO)
The primary role of the consumer relationship officer is the development of sales with the overall objective of strengthening customer relationship. In managing inbound calls from customers and referring appriopriate opportunities to the relevant team, the CRO will guide the customer to the best solution for their needs. Interesting incentive and rewards will be given for their performance
ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO) & ASSISTANT ACCOUNT OFFICER (AAO)
As part of our team, you are the primary point of contact for all services related to commercial and small medium enterprise loan business. You are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering a seamless and integrated approach to consumer banking across all lending products
HOME LOAN SALES OFFICER (HLSO) & ASSISTANT HOME LOAN SALES OFFICER (AHLSO)
Responsible for generating home loan business through relationship skills and marketing efforts to establish a client base, and also responsible for tracking and following up on incoming leads generated through different referral sources
FRONTLINERS (FL)
Frontliners (teller & customer service officer) hold a crucial role in our bank because they are the first and most often the most critical point in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is imperative that as frontliner you are equipped with the necessary skills to meet and even exceed our customer expectation
REQUIREMENTS
-excellent communication,negotiation and problem solving skills when dealing with customers
-able to work individually or in a team
-demonstrating high standards of customer care at all times
-min.d3 graduate (CRO,AHLSO,FL), min s1 graduate (AO,AAO,HLSO) with min gpa of 2,75
-max 26 years old (fl), max.28 years old (CRO,AAO,AHLSO), max.32 years old (AO,HLSO)
- min 2 years experience in commercial and small medium enterprise loan business (AO), or home loan business (HLSO)
-marketing experience preferred (CRO)
-enterpreneurial character, capable of developing & executing an effective sales strategy (CRO,HLSO,AHLSO)
-good analytical skill (AO,AAO,HLSO,AHLSO)
-have a good network of people (CRO,AO,AAO,HLSO,AHLSO)
-pleasant personality and appearance (FL)
