MANAGAMENT TRAINEES
J&J Management Trainee Program is an 18-month on the job program that consist of assignments in at least two different functions in the company which may include sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, human resources, and information management. you will have the privilege of being mentored by senior J&J leaders and the opportunity to contribute in contribute in achieving business goals.

General Requirements
-bachelor and master degree in business/management, marketing, finance, engineerinf, HR and information Technology
-minimum gpa of 3.0 (B) in the scale of 4 (or equivalent GPA rating)
-master graduates in business/management with minimum gpa of 3.5 in the scale of 5
-for master graduates,1-2 years working experience will be an advantage although not required
-fluent in english, verbal and written
-willing to be posted nationwide where J&J operates
