1.HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
-Diploma in human resouce management at least 1 year of relevant experience
-good communication and interpersonal skills
-strong administrative,organization and follow up skills

Main duties: to develop and execute HR strategies in support of the business objectives corporate culture. Responsible for recruitment, retention, perfor,ance management, employee relations.

2. REFRAKSIONIS & SALES PROMOTION BOY/GIRL

Kami adalah salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di industry retail optik da fashion. Saat ini kami sedang membutuhkan REFRAKSIONIS & SALES PROMOTION BOY/GIRL.
Melakukan negosiasi dgn konsumen, bertanggung jawab terhadap distribusi produk, bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrol stok barang, menguasai program komputer, mampu membuat laporan administrasi/pembukuan, mampu bekerja secara teliti, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan untuk memenuhi deadline, aktif,spontan,kreatif dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yg baik, pengalaman dioptik retail selama 1 thn lebih diutamakan, atau fresh gradute dari akademi refraksionis juga dipersilahkan untuk melamar

3. MERCHANDISER AND SECRETARY
-diploma graduate and have at least 2 years relevant working experience
-able to multi task and coordiante day to day activities
-able to handle buyers & suppliers account independently
-proficient in written and spoken english and mandarin
-independent with good follow up skills
-good working attitude and proficient in record keeping
-main duties: coordinating with supplier and buyer to ensure on time delivery of shipments. Execution of orders, order follow up, obtaining approval for production sample. Interacting with suppliers and buyers on the status of running orders, issuing to supplier and coordinate with finance for issuance invoice to buyers and follow up on payments from buyer and inform urgent payments to suppliers to the finance dept.

4. IT STAFF
-hold s1 degree in computer science
-positive attitude
-good communication skill, interpersonal skill
-able to work independently and in a team
-willing to travelling
-strong analytical skill
-experience in software development using visual basic 6.0 or NET 2005/2008 (VB.NET,C#)
-experience in database application programming (MS SQL 2000 OR 2005)
-Experience in reporting database such as : Crystal Report
-knowing retailer system and its point of procedeur
-experience skills in SQL Transaction and Report
-experience networking (lan, wireless)
-experience in instalation and operating system windows administration
-able to create add on program for stock control, maintain axisting program, as helpdesk/internal support

5. SHOP SUPERVISOR
-Lead, mamage supervise a team of sales assistants
-fashion savvy with retail experience in fashion boutique
-supervisory experience minimum 2 years in retail fashion
-positive attitude with sales & customer service oriented
-computer knowledge in necessary
-must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
-main duties : to assist retail manager in managing daily store operating including inventory control, merchandising display, customer service and executing promotional events.
