3. Not more than 26 years old
4. Having an excellent drive to achieve target
5. Independent and having an eagersness to learn
6. Able to work along with others and good persuasion
7. High integrity
8. Having a motorcycle and license C/A (for others beside AO & ID DEV)
9. Understand Jakarta map well (for others beside AO & IT DEV)
10. Able to be assign in all around Indonesia
