we are a safety service company doing business in the oil, gas ang geothermal energy sector. We are seeking a highly motivated person to fill the position of:
1.INVENTORY OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS:
-female,max 30 years old
-mature, hard worker,honestly,discipline and high responsibility
-academy or s-1 degree (informatika/teknik komputer)
-min.3 (three) years work experience,fresh graduate are welcome
-proficient in computer use
-fluent english (oral/written)
-can work under pressure
-good communication skill human relationship
-prefer those who living in Depok/Sawangan area and who can start immediately

SUMMARY
Responsible for the management,supervision and maintining the operational project and fixed property

JOB DUTIES
1.develop and maintain the inventory system and procedure within the company
2.making inventory af all company's property (fixed asset,rental or comsumables)
3.to keep register of purchasing,distribution storage,service and maintenance of all operation property
4.provide monthly inventory report to the direct supervisor
5.conduct daily update record of all operational property
6.supervision of handlling and shipping of all operational property
7.coordinating with purchasing or accounting departement
8.keeping recird of material movement (incoming and outgoing)
9.responsible in making all necessary arrangement of all material/equipment to be to location
10.maintain record and making the necessary arrangements for the up coming inspection/test of equipment
11.follow up all request related with the operational issue from location
12.monitoring incoming,outgoing material and material/equipment in sawangan
13.preparing delivery ticket
14.purchasing for operational departement (issue po)
15.arranging delivery by true and forklift rent
16.travel arrangement
17.handling crew change for service engineer
18.handling the material request from service engineer
19.responsible and report to operational director
